Each player is permitted to hold exactly one phpasay account. Creating additional accounts — whether using the same name, a different name, a different device, or a different payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any balances or pending bonuses will be forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details registered on your phpasay account remain accurate and up to date. If your name, contact details, or payment information changes, update your account promptly or contact support for assistance. Outdated information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.
phpasay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers (including BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating Philippine banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine-registered banks.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Transactions must be in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phpasay does not accept payments in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.
Deposits are typically credited to your phpasay balance within seconds of confirmation from your payment provider. Withdrawals are processed same-day for standard accounts during business hours. VIP Club members at higher tiers receive priority processing and may receive funds within the hour.
All payment methods used on phpasay must be registered in your own name. You may not use payment accounts belonging to third parties. phpasay reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until you verify that the payment method belongs to you.
Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Standard accounts may withdraw up to ₱50,000 per transaction and up to ₱200,000 per calendar week. Higher limits are available for VIP Club members depending on their tier. phpasay reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals.

All random outcomes on phpasay are generated by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are statistically independent — the outcome of any previous round has no influence on the outcome of any subsequent round.
Each game on phpasay has published minimum and maximum bet limits displayed in the game lobby or at the table. phpasay reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.
In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game round, phpasay will investigate the incident and determine the correct resolution based on game logs. Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraudulent activity, the balance on the account will be held pending investigation. Legitimate funds verified as belonging to the account holder will be returned. Funds found to be connected to fraud, money laundering, or collusion will be forfeited and reported to the appropriate authorities.
phpasay provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phpasay's total liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
phpasay is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical errors, connectivity issues, or third-party payment delays beyond our reasonable control.
phpasay does not accept any liability for errors in odds or game results caused by obvious typographical mistakes. In such cases, bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or outcomes may be voided, and stakes returned to players.
phpasay reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phpasay will notify active players via the email address registered on their account and/or by displaying a notice on the platform at login.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
